Global Info Factory Acceptable Use Policy (the "Policy") is designed to help protect Global Info Factory developers, customers, partners and the Internet community in general from irresponsible or, in some cases, illegal activities. The Policy is a non-exclusive list of the actions prohibited by Global Info Factory. Global Info Factory reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time.

1. The transmission, distribution, development or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws.
2. Unauthorized attempts by a user to gain access to any account or computer resource not belonging to that user (e.g., "cracking"), including attempts to get unauthorized access to developer or client databases located on the company website.
3. Obtaining or attempting to obtain service by any means with intent to avoid payment with exception of the services that are free for GIF clients.
4. Using any textual and graphic materials from this website without explicit permission of GIF.
